I’M KYLIE
I created EWA because
Throughout my years in the mental health field, it has been clear that there is a significant number of people needing and advocating for access to trustworthy and affordable mental health resources. I realized that we needed a company offering just that - high quality, entirely free and low cost resources, but with a team of highly educated and trained professionals guaranteeing accurate and effective content.
Second, in my work with individuals and families, I have seen how difficult it is for people to get started on their healing journey when presented with too much information and too many resources all at once. I knew we needed to create a product that reminded us that less is more.
We needed a product that is advanced - informational, educational, and that encouraged reflection beyond coping.
And a product that is also simple - one page, one resource, one practice to incorporate at one time.

THE FOUNDER
more about kylie
I am a very intellectual type of person. I prefer to be aware, reflect, nurture, heal, and grow through all of life’s experiences. I enjoy it, despite the challenges, and credit this process for my overall wellbeing.
I am a big communicator. Communication is my strength and using intentional language is a part of my every day life.
I have loved and lost many important people, including both of my parents and all of my grandparents by the time I was 26. Each of them are a unique and beautiful part of my story.
I am a deep thinker, a learner, and a conversationalist - you’ll likely find me most engaged in the stories and emotional intelligence being shared by others.
I appreciate the act of balance in all areas of life. Goals balanced with presence. Work balanced with rest. Seriousness balanced with ease. Intention balanced with flexibility. Etc.
The more you know about me, the more you know about the approach I take in developing many of the EWA resources. These key points guide my offerings and are an important part of creating simple and effective strategies.
